In this transmission, we journey into the developmental stage of 8 to 12 years, a time when our understanding of the world becomes more complex, and we start to build a stronger sense of self-identity. These years are marked by the growing influence of peer relationships, school, and societal norms, often leading to internalised pressure to fit in, perform, or suppress parts of ourselves to be accepted. This period can also bring feelings of insecurity, comparison, and the struggle to navigate expectations from the external world versus our true inner nature.
